"body": "## KAST Pays 8% to 12% on Stablecoin Reserves While Backing Assets Earn About 4%\n\n*Crypto card issuers are buying customers with rewards that outrun the yield on the money behind them, and some are now cutting back.*\n\nKAST, a stablecoin platform that issues Visa cards, advertises 8% to 12% rewards on its Reserve account depending on membership tier, while the assets backing those balances earn 3.5% to 4%, [CoinDesk](https://www.coindesk.com/business/2026/11/01/crypto-card-startups-are-racking-up-losses-just-to-buy-your-loyalty-with-big-rewards) reported on November 1, 2026. KAST covers the difference.\n\n\"Previously we were nearly break even. Now we're loss-making,\" CEO Raagulan Pathy said. He described the gap as a customer-acquisition cost: \"You take a loss on acquiring the customer at the beginning, but then you sell them more and more features.\"\n\nKAST raised $80 million in March, led by QED Investors and Left Lane Capital, and Pathy said it has four to five years of runway.\n\nOther issuers are pulling rewards back. Bleap, which issues a Mastercard card, moved from 2% cashback to a 1% base rate with higher category rewards. Eduards Timofejevs, CEO of Bleap Latvia, said customers who only spend and collect cashback can be unprofitable. Bybit EU replaced non-VIP cashback tiers of 2% to 10% with an uncapped 1%, effective August 4 for existing cardholders.\n\nKrak, Kraken's money app on the Mastercard network, is approaching 200,000 cardholders, who average about 8.3 card payments a week. Ether.fi's Cash card ties cashback, starting at 3%, to staking and DeFi vaults.\n\nCard fees cannot carry double-digit rewards on their own. European Union rules cap interchange at 0.2% on covered consumer debit transactions. In the United States, debit transactions exempt from the federal cap averaged 1.21% of purchase value in 2024, according to Federal Reserve data.",

A reading near 1,880 implied about $1.9 trillion. ANT, from trade.xyz, references one share of Anthropic Class A stock, is cash-settled in USDC and allows positions up to 10 times the underlying value. Perpetual swaps have no expiry; a funding rate paid between longs and shorts keeps the price near its reference, and for pre-IPO markets trade.xyz dampens that rate and limits price moves with discovery bounds.\n\nANT opened near $138 at 9 a.m. ET and fell to about $110 by around 11:50 a.m. on $8.7 million of volume.\n\nNeither contract is backed by Anthropic shares. Holders have no claim on the company, and winning positions are paid by losing ones. Anthropic has not commented on the contracts. Its help page warns that offers to sell its shares through forward contracts or tokenized securities are likely worthless.\n\ntrade.xyz says ANT converts to a standard perpetual on listing day, which it estimates as November 20. Anthropic has not confirmed a date. If Anthropic has not listed by January 19, 2027, ANT settles in cash at its average traded price.\n\nThe Financial Times reported that investors expect a valuation of $1.5 trillion to $1.75 trillion. Anthropic's private round in May valued it at $965 billion post-money. U.S. traders are restricted; trade.xyz says it geoblocks and screens wallets.",

The memorandum covers QR acceptance for visitors to the Chinese mainland, remittances into Weixin and payments made by AI agents.\n\nThe first area is QR payment acceptance for international visitors to the Chinese mainland, who would pay at QR-enabled merchants with the digital wallets and bank apps they already use. [TenPay Global](https://www.prnewswire.com/apac/news-releases/tencent-and-mastercard-sign-mou-on-cross-border-payment-interoperability-and-agentic-payments-302926079.html) and Mastercard said they will combine capabilities in payment processing, currency conversion, risk management and fraud prevention, and will approach digital wallet providers, financial institutions and payment service providers to widen participation.\n\nThe companies said inbound spending in the Chinese mainland grew 51.3% year over year in the 12 months to June 2026, according to Mastercard data. Transactions made with international digital wallets through Weixin Pay in the mainland grew 81.8% in number and 80.6% in value year over year from January to August 2026, they said.\n\nThe second area deepens existing remittance collaboration through Mastercard Move, which the companies said supports transfers across more than 200 countries and territories and more than 150 currencies.\n\nThe third covers agentic commerce: how interoperability, trust and security extend to AI agents that help consumers and businesses discover, decide and transact. The companies named Mastercard Agent Pay, Mastercard Agent Connect and Virtual C-Suite as products they will explore.\n\nOn Mastercard's October 29, 2026 earnings call, CEO Michael Miebach said a broad strategic partnership with OpenAI includes use of Agent Pay, Mastercard's payments infrastructure for agentic commerce, which Shopify's Shop Pay already uses, PYMNTS reported.",

SAGE stands for Securing Agentic Finance with Governance and Enablement. The authority also set up an Agentic Finance Expert Group of financial institutions, technology service providers, professional service firms and academics to support the work.\n\nThe project covers four areas. The first is market development and use-case exploration: industry participants test agentic finance use cases and discuss practical implementation with the HKMA. The authority lists consumer-facing commerce and everyday payments, business uses such as procurement and treasury management, and machine-to-machine payments for digital services as possible areas.\n\nThe second area is agent identity. The HKMA said it will explore ways to verify an AI agent's identity and the authority delegated to it, including Know Your Agent practices and authentication mechanisms, so agents can take part in financial activities on trusted terms. Know Your Agent extends the customer checks banks already run to software acting for a person or a company: which agent is acting, on whose authority, and within what limits.\n\nThe third area is interoperability, where the authority will host industry discussion of standards and protocols for secure interactions across the agentic finance ecosystem. The fourth covers legal and regulatory questions, including governance arrangements, liability and consumer protection.\n\nEddie Yue, Chief Executive of the HKMA, said: \"Agentic finance has the potential to transform how financial services are delivered and utilised.\" Yue said the initiatives aim to encourage innovation while making sure agentic finance serves users' interests and safeguards financial stability.\n\nThe HKMA said agentic AI technologies are maturing and that the financial industry is moving beyond internal adoption to explore how AI agents can make financial services more efficient and secure. It said the associated risks and challenges need to be properly addressed.",

Here the instructions produced contracts rather than a trade: a collection with tiered wrapping and yield logic that is earning revenue.\n\n[Chop](https://choplogs.app/) describes itself as volatility farming on any asset on Robinhood Chain, built on Peapods infrastructure. Its flow has three steps: wrap a token into a log, farm its paired market, harvest $CHOP rewards. When a market chops, a log token's price drifts from the token it holds; traders close the gap by wrapping, unwrapping and trading, and each of those moves pays fees. Those fees fund $CHOP buybacks, of which 20 percent is burned and 80 percent goes to farmers, according to Chop's site.\n\nRobinhood Chain is a permissionless Layer 2 blockchain for financial services and tokenized real-world assets, built on Arbitrum's infrastructure, and the company says AI agents can trade, swap, lend and transact on it.\n\nThe Lumberjacks put an agent on production engineering work: writing and deploying the contracts behind a live, revenue-earning collection, not just executing trades. Chop says the design came from its own team, with the contract writing and deployment handed to the agent.",

Aave is the launch partner and is adopting the feeds for Horizon, its institutional lending platform, starting with tokenized versions of heavily traded US stocks.\n\nWhen traditional markets are open, Chainlink 24/7 draws prices from regular and extended trading sessions. When they close, the service switches to a reference built from quotes on multiple perpetual futures venues, filtering stale inputs and limiting the pull of outlier prices so each asset has one continuous price series. The off-hours price reflects derivatives trading, not trades on the closed exchanges.\n\nUntil now, onchain applications holding tokenized stocks had to pause markets, fall back on the last available price, or build their own systems while exchanges were closed. Lending protocols can take the prices as onchain Data Feeds. Trading platforms and prediction markets can use Data Streams, which update faster and also identify which market session is live.\n\nIn January 2026, Chainlink added 24/5 pricing for US stocks and ETFs covering pre-market, regular, post-market and overnight sessions. Chainlink says its weekday pricing covers more than $1.6 billion in tokenized stocks.\n\nAave Horizon, built on Aave Protocol version 3.3, lets qualified investors borrow stablecoins against tokenized real-world assets, according to Aave Labs.\n\nAgents and protocols that trade or lend against tokenized stocks around the clock now have a weekend price to act on.",

"body": "# Blocktronics launches V2 with cost basis and MCP server for AI agents\n\n*Token intelligence platform adds per-wallet cost basis, smart-money weighting by track record, and an MCP server agents can call to pull onchain data.*\n\nA token's price records the last trade and little else. It does not say what the wallets still holding the token paid for it, how concentrated those holdings are, or whether the accounts Blocktronics calls smart money are buying or selling. Blocktronics, an onchain token intelligence platform, launched V2 on October 28, 2026, with cost basis for every wallet, smart money weighted by track record, and an API and Model Context Protocol server built for AI agents to call.\n\nThe company announced the release in a launch post on X, calling V2 \"a new look, a new frontier, a new chapter.\" Blocktronics said the release has \"elevated on-chain data distribution through our own forensics layer.\" Users top up or perform swaps to get credits, and the API and MCP plug-ins are live, according to the company.\n\nBlocktronics covers 233 tokens on Base, Ethereum and Robinhood Chain.\n\n## What a token page shows\n\nThe centerpiece is a comparison of holder value against cost basis. Holder value is what current holders' tokens are worth at a given day's price. Cost basis, which Blocktronics also calls realized cap, is what those same holders paid for them in total. When holder value sits above cost basis, holders as a group are in unrealized profit; below it, they are in unrealized loss. The same relationship is expressed as MVRV, holder value divided by cost basis.\n\nBlocktronics says cost basis is anchored to what every current holder actually paid, so it moves more slowly than price and shows where the holder base stands. It moves whenever tokens change hands at a new price.\n\nEach page also carries DEX netflow, smart money netflow and a Blocktronics grade. The grade is an A to E badge for structural fragility, which the company defines as how safely a position can be held and exited. It is built from six pillars: depth, concentration, holders, flow, economics and launch. Blocktronics says the grade is \"not a view on where price is going.\"\n\nV2 adds cost basis for every wallet and the option to filter out exchange, team or escrow wallets, according to the company. Exchange and other infrastructure wallets are left out of holder metrics, on the argument that one hot wallet holding thousands of customers is not one holder. Capital totals still include exchange balances, because those tokens are investor money. Liquidity pools, bridges and protocol contracts are excluded from both.\n\n## Smart money, weighted by record\n\nBlocktronics describes smart money as a cohort of wallets its backend flags as proven, each \"chosen on its record, not on what it does next.\" Its learn pages are blunt about size: \"size alone says nothing about skill.\" A large account adding to a token does not qualify on its own.\n\nV2 weights that cohort by track record, the company said. How wallets are chosen stays private, so the cohort cannot be copied or gamed, according to Blocktronics. The public read carries the cohort's flows and holdings for each token, not the list of wallets.\n\n## An API and MCP server for agents\n\nThe release's agent layer is the MCP server, which exposes more than 40 tools. Agents can search tokens, read an overview, pull a 60-day series, compare up to 12 tokens, screen the coverage, read signals, render chart cards and build dashboards and hubs. Reads, charts, dashboards and hubs need no account. Blocktronics says the server works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Codex and other clients.\n\nAn agent can also obtain an API key without a person or a browser. It signs a message with its wallet, receives a key, then tops up credits in USDC from its own wallet. According to the documentation, \"refusals, errors and quotes are free, and every answer says what it charged.\" A token series costs 2 credits per token, and compare and screen calls are priced by size.\n\nThe API is priced the same way. A catalog endpoint lists every daily metric, the sections a token page shows and every tool with its input and price, and needs no key. Agents can query up to five tokens in one request, or ingest a token Blocktronics has not yet indexed, building it from its first transfer.\n\n## Other tools in the release\n\nBlocktronics also offers a Bundle Detector, which shows who bought a token's launch together and what they still hold, weighing that overhang against liquidity. "body": "# Canada Proposes Stablecoin Rules Requiring Bank of Canada Registration\n\n*Draft regulations published Oct. 24 open a 60-day comment period ahead of rules intended to take effect in fall 2027.*\n\nCanada published proposed Stablecoin Regulations in Part I of the [Canada Gazette](https://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2026/2026-10-24/html/reg1-eng.html) on October 24, 2026, setting out how issuers would register with the Bank of Canada and hold reserves. The Department of Finance sponsors the proposal. Comments are open for 60 days, and the government intends the rules to take effect in fall 2027.\n\nIssuers would register with the Bank of Canada before issuing. Reserves must be held in the stablecoin's reference currency and be worth at least the total outstanding at the end of each day. Eligible holdings are demand deposits, government debt maturing within three months, one-business-day reverse repos, and money market funds holding only those assets. They must sit at a Canadian-incorporated custodian in a segregated, bankruptcy-remote account.\n\nHolders could redeem one to one within three business days of a request, with no minimum. Redemption fees would be capped at 1% of the amount redeemed. The government says current fees run around 0.1%, but a lower cap could be too restrictive for smaller issuers and a higher one could discourage use.\n\nIssuers could not pay interest or yield for holding a stablecoin or encourage holding, though transaction-based rewards are allowed. Stablecoins could not be presented as legal tender, deposits, insured or government-guaranteed. Penalties run up to C$1 million for serious violations and C$10 million for very serious ones.\n\nForeign issuers are covered, but the Bank of Canada's Governor could exempt an issuer under a substantially similar foreign regime. Banks, credit unions and other prudentially regulated institutions are excluded from the framework.",

The bank kept its underperform rating on the stablecoin issuer and lowered its price target, The Block reported.\n\nMizuho ran a simulation asking AI agents, including one called Muse, where to hold cash. The agents tended to recommend moving USDC into higher-yielding, FDIC-insured fiat options such as SoFi savings accounts. Even users who wanted to stay in crypto were pointed to other platforms rather than holding USDC in Circle's own ecosystem.\n\nThe bank estimates wider adoption of AI agents could shrink USDC's market capitalization by $4 billion to $9 billion and cut Circle's medium-term reserve revenue by 10% to 20%. In a faster-adoption scenario, about $7 billion moves into fiat products and $2 billion into higher-yielding stablecoins, and reserve revenue falls 18%. Mizuho now forecasts 2027 average USDC circulation of $101 billion, down from $108 billion, and reserve revenue of $4.1 billion, down from $4.3 billion. The figures are projections, not measured outflows.\n\nCircle earns almost all of its revenue from interest on USDC reserves, and USDC does not pay holders yield on Circle's own platform. In the second quarter of 2026, about 17% of USDC sat on Circle's platform, about 30% on Coinbase and about 53% elsewhere, according to Mizuho figures reported by The Block.",

Coinbase advises putting agent trading in a separate portfolio funded only with money the user can afford to lose, and limiting the agent to that portfolio.\n\nA September 2026 update added US stocks and ETFs and x402 payments, which let agents buy market data with the user's USDC balance, according to 24/7 Wall St.\n\nCEO Brian Armstrong said on the July 30 earnings call that agentic finance is at an early stage and that Coinbase has no specific forecasts to share.\n\nThe launch came as US banks said they are detecting unvetted AI agents in customer accounts, often through shared passwords; Coinbase's route is a sanctioned connection with per-portfolio permissions.",

The research preview is available by waitlist, starting with Pro and Max subscribers in the United States, Anthropic said.\n\nClaude Duet runs on Claude Opus 5.5 and carries over the memory, skills and connected apps from a user's Claude account. It draws on more than 6,000 connectors and plug-ins from the Claude Marketplace. Anthropic says the app checks connected accounts every few hours and messages the user only when something needs attention, and that it has a virtual machine with its own browser so work continues when a laptop or phone is off. Users get a notification when a task is finished or needs review.\n\nThe company says Claude Duet waits for approval before sending a message, making a payment, signing a document or deleting anything. Anthropic describes the design as deciding \"what needs you\" and when to check with the user first.\n\nPayments run through Link, Stripe's digital wallet. Claude Duet confirms the item with the user, Link asks the user to approve the spend, and the payment is made with a virtual card so the real card number is not shared. The app can also check out at online stores that use Shopify's Shop Pay.\n\nAnthropic said the app is included in Pro and Max plans for the preview and uses the same usage limits as the rest of Claude.",

It granted an exemption from the applicable risk diversification rules, citing bitcoin's \"long trading history and a particularly high trading volume compared with other cryptocurrencies.\" The regulator said other providers have submitted or announced applications for bitcoin ETFs.\n\nThe approval is the first of its kind under fund law. Crypto exchange-traded products already list on Swiss exchanges, but FINMA's guidance of January 12, 2026 treats them as structured products, meaning debt securities, under financial services law. FINMA's earlier crypto fund approval, the Crypto Market Index Fund in September 2021, was restricted to qualified investors and held mainly a basket of cryptocurrencies rather than bitcoin alone.\n\nUnder the January 12, 2026 guidance, a Swiss custodian bank should generally hold the fund's bitcoin. A third-party custodian in Switzerland or abroad is permitted only with equivalent oversight and bankruptcy protection that keeps the coins separate from the custodian's estate if it fails. The guidance names cyberattacks and inadequate protection of private keys as operational risks that supervised institutions must reduce.\n\nSellers must follow the conduct rules of Swiss financial services law at the point of sale, including clear warnings about volatility and the risk of loss, and a suitability check on the buyer. FINMA says this gives investors more protection than buying cryptocurrencies directly. The regulator also said the fund's documents must highlight and explain the risks, and that bitcoin investments remain highly risky because of sharp price swings.",

First Vice Minister Kwon Dae-young chaired the session, with the Financial Services Commission, the exchange industry body DAXA and outside experts attending.\n\nThe five exchanges were Upbit operator Dunamu, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit and Gopax. A ministry official said the meeting would check whether the National Tax Service and the exchanges are ready, and that the ministry had no predetermined position.\n\nDemocratic Party lawmaker Park Min-gyu introduced bill 2221923 on October 16, 2026 with 13 co-sponsors. It would start the tax on January 1 of the second year after Korea first exchanges crypto transaction data under the OECD's Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework. If that first exchange happens in 2027, the tax would start in 2029. The sponsors argue authorities cannot see trades on overseas platforms until CARF is running, which disadvantages people who use domestic exchanges. People Power Party lawmakers have proposed scrapping the tax or delaying it two to three years.\n\nThe government's formal position is that the tax starts on schedule. Finance Minister Lee Hyoung-il told a parliamentary audit on October 6 that he would gather views from experts and industry. The National Tax Service told lawmakers on October 13 that it is preparing detailed guidance, expected around November.\n\nDAXA formally asked for a postponement on September 10 on behalf of 27 domestic crypto service providers. Exchanges also cite unresolved treatment of staking, airdrops and DeFi income.\n\nGains from transferring or lending crypto would be taxed as other income at 22% (20% national plus 2% local) on annual gains above 2.5 million won, with first filings due in May 2028. The tax was legislated in 2020 for a 2022 start and has been postponed three times, most recently in December 2024 from January 2025 to January 2027. Any new delay needs the National Assembly to amend the Income Tax Act before January 1.",

The company said the release is not generally available and that customer and partner feedback will shape the roadmap.\n\nThe system runs on x402, an open protocol that uses the HTTP 402 Payment Required response to ask for payment. Mastercard first announced the service in June 2026 for high-frequency, low-value payments made by AI agents and software, extending its Agent Pay program from 2025.\n\nPilots ran end to end with Cloudflare, Ant International, AIsa, Base, BVNK and Coinbase. In a live demonstration at Cloudflare Connect, Mastercard's Jorn Lambert ran a test in which marketing agency Hype gave an agent one task: plan a sample campaign for a protein bar launch within a set budget. The agent, running on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, bought social media research from AIsa and campaign images through Cloudflare's AI Gateway, making nine payments to two merchants from one budget. Cloudflare's Monetization Gateway issued the 402 payment requests, Coinbase Developer Platform supplied the wallet infrastructure that funded the agent, Base handled onchain settlement, and BVNK, which Mastercard acquired in August, handled payment and settlement in fiat or stablecoins through Mastercard Global Money Platform.\n\nEach time a seller asks for payment, the agent signs a voucher, a promise to pay within its approved limit. The seller verifies the voucher and delivers. Vouchers are processed offchain, and providers can batch and redeem them later, so the agent never holds unlimited spending authority. The demonstration needed no separate accounts, API keys or invoices. \"Payments aren't the hard part. Authority is,\" the company said. Mastercard says the voucher model could extend to AI models, data, computing power and other digital services.",

The report followed an Axios story published the day before.\n\nMadison Mills, a senior AI reporter at Axios, told CBS News that in many cases customers give their bank usernames and passwords to personal AI agents, which breaks bank terms of service. Axios also found agents taking actions the customer had not authorized, such as calling a bank with a complaint without consulting the account holder first. Mills said the agents were not hacking accounts or draining funds and were mostly following user instructions. She described the problem as industrywide, affecting dozens of financial institutions.\n\nA Chase spokesperson said customers should not share login credentials with anyone and pointed to secure, customer-authorized data sharing through open banking providers. JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon said on the bank's October 13, 2026 earnings call that JPMorgan will not let just any outside agents into its systems. Charles Schwab's CEO said earlier in October 2026 that Schwab has been blocking unauthorized agents, according to Reuters. Morgan Stanley said it had not seen unauthorized agent activity on its platforms. Bank of America and Wells Fargo did not immediately respond to CBS News.\n\nDavid Sacks, the White House AI and crypto czar, posted on X that user-authorized agents are different from rogue agents that could amount to cyberattacks. Most of what Axios described looks like customers sharing credentials, he said, which may break bank terms but is not a cyberattack. He suggested banks could give agents read-only access, and said full write access with user credentials should be approached carefully.",

That is roughly 2.3 times the 133.6 billion tokens reported on September 23, 2026.\n\nThe figures emerge as token volumes climb across inference markets and a competitor calls for dollar figures instead. Amos Meiri, co-founder of the inference marketplace AntSeed, wrote that token counts \"say almost nothing\" and that \"at minimum, we should ask for transparent USD spend.\" Surplus's dashboard reports user savings rather than spend.\n\nMeiri cited Venice as an example of the disclosure he is calling for: 500 billion tokens a day and $150 million in annual recurring revenue. AntSeed's own onchain figures are smaller. The company has settled about $310,000 on Base since launch and kept roughly $12,000 in fees, according to Bankless.\n\nAnalyst @0xJeff posted that Dolphin, whose token is DLPHN, reached 32.2 billion daily tokens one week after its API went live, up from about 14 billion tokens a day three days earlier.\n\nInference has become one of the largest uses of x402 payments, Bankless reported on October 20, 2026. Onchain markets offer discounted model access and settle payments from a crypto wallet rather than an account tied to an email, card or identity check.\n\nSurplus says developers using it have cut inference costs by 81%, and that each call routes to the healthiest offer at the user's minimum discount. AntSeed describes itself as a peer-to-peer marketplace where requests go directly to providers and payments settle in USDC on Base.",

Every buy routes through a Uniswap v4 hook that purchases the seven underlying stocks from their own pools and mints MAG7, while every sell burns MAG7 and sells the basket, according to the post. The index needs no liquidity provider of its own, the deployer said, because it is already in the pools of the tokens it holds.\n\nMAG7 charges 0.50% a trade. The deployer said the creator cut was set to zero, so 0.30% of every buy and sell goes back into the basket for holders and 0.20% goes to the protocol. Nothing is claimed; the fee is released into the basket over 24 hours, so each MAG7 is backed by slightly more after every trade. Creators choose a fee of 0.25% to 1% at launch, and it never changes, the post says.\n\nRebalancing runs through Dutch auctions rather than market sells. The index offers what it holds too much of at a price that starts favorable to holders and declines each minute until someone fills it, and anyone can fill. Every rebalance gets 48 hours of notice so holders can exit first, according to the deployer.\n\nHolders can swap MAG7 back for the seven stocks directly, with no fee, without Bankr, and without a pause function, the post says.\n\nThe deployer also seeded a small USDG/MAG7 pool on Uniswap so the token appears on dexscreener, but said buying should happen on Bankr. Hook trades mint new MAG7 at the basket's price and pay holders, the post says, and arbitrage closes any gap if the pool drifts. USDG is a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued under the supervision of Singapore's Monetary Authority and redeemable 1:1 through its issuer, Paxos, according to CoinMarketCap.\n\nThe deployer said the hook is still being supported in wallets and aggregators before a full rollout, and that only the deployer is creating indexes for now. A later feature will let anyone launch a token paired with an index, where buying the coin buys the index and creator fees arrive in the index.\n\nBuying MAG7 on Bankr is not available in the US or UK, the post says. Robinhood Chain's site describes it as a permissionless Layer 2 built for financial services and real-world assets, developed on Arbitrum's Layer 2 infrastructure, and says its Stock Tokens are not available in the US and are subject to restrictions in other jurisdictions.",

The model supports 1 million tokens of context and can be accessed with a single API key, according to a post on X.\n\nThe gateway allows payment in any cryptocurrency stored in a user's wallet, per the announcement. BankrBot provided links to its chat interface and LLM gateway page in the post.\n\nBankr's LLM gateway, according to the company's documentation, routes requests through multiple providers per model and implements automatic failover if a provider returns an error or hits capacity limits. The gateway supports models from Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI, Z.ai, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Moonshot AI, and Alibaba. It also offers a private mode, which appends \":private\" to a model ID and routes requests through a hardware-secured enclave verified on each call.\n\nThe documentation states that the gateway works with OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs without code changes and integrates with tools including Claude Code and Cursor. New accounts start with $0 in credits, and requests are rejected until credits are added.\n\nBankr added Claude Opus 5.5 to the gateway on September 22, 2026. On October 1, 2026, the company said a token's launch fees could fund the AI model calls its agents make, describing the mechanism as \"your coin pays for your agent's brain.\" Launch fees, which are creator fees earned at token launch, can be claimed to a wallet and spent on inference, according to Bankr's documentation.\n\nThe gateway also accepts USDC, USDT, ETH, and other ERC-20 tokens, and usage can be funded from a Bankr wallet balance. For data handling, the documentation says requests routed through OpenRouter include a setting instructing it not to route to hosts that store or train on prompts, though this applies only to that hop; upstream providers' policies still govern the request.\n\nBankrBot is an AI agent framework built on Bankr, a platform that distributes 95% of a 0.7% pool swap fee, or 0.665% of trading volume, to token creators. Creators can claim fees at any time, and the platform vests 15% of token supply to creators over one year with a 30-day cliff. Bankr enforces a 2% wallet cap for the first five minutes after launch.\n\n## About Bankr\n\nBankr LLM gateway: https://bankr.bot/llm\nBankr terminal: https://bankr.bot/terminal/chat",

"body": "# Bankr Launches Papertrade, Converts Trading Losses to Staked PAPER\n\n*Bankr's Papertrade mints PAPER tokens from losing BTC and ETH perpetual trades, staking them automatically to earn USDC.*\n\n**October 12, 2026.** Bankr announced the launch of Papertrade, a trading platform where losses on Bitcoin and Ether perpetual contracts mint PAPER tokens, which Bankr stakes automatically to earn USDC.\n\nA post on X by @bankrbot at 16:21 UTC on October 12, 2026, demonstrated the feature. A 100x ETH long position with a stop-loss hit minted 1,590 PAPER, which Bankr staked to earn USDC. The post invited users to try the platform from Bankr's console or directly on X.\n\nPapertrade allows trading Bitcoin and Ether perpetual contracts at up to 1000x, with prices sourced from Hyperliquid. The minimum position size is $10,000, or $100 of margin at 100x. Positions above 100x require explicit confirmation. Opening trades incurs no fee, and open positions pay no funding. Winning trades are subject to a price-impact haircut, Papertrade's 2% fee, and Bankr's 1% fee on profits. Losing trades mint PAPER, which Bankr stakes automatically once the balance reaches 1,000 PAPER, the platform's minimum stake. Staked PAPER earns a share of Papertrade's USDC pool, with claims landing in the user's Papertrade balance after Bankr's 1% fee.\n\nUsers can fund trades with USDC on Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, or Ethereum, or with other tokens like ETH or WETH, which are swapped to USDC with a fee. Deposits typically arrive in under a minute, though delays of up to three minutes may occur. The first deposit incurs a one-time 1 USDC activation fee. Withdrawals of 10 USDC or more take about four minutes to Arbitrum or five minutes to Base, minus Hyperliquid's 1 USDC withdrawal fee, Relay's bridge fee to Base, and any Bankr fees owed.\n\nPapertrade operates as a counterparty pool, currently capped at approximately $5 million. Profits the pool cannot pay immediately enter a first-in, first-out queue, paid only from subsequent losses. The pool has no backstop or expiry, and queued funds cannot be withdrawn until paid. Prices are sourced solely from Hyperliquid's best bid/offer midpoint, with no staleness or deviation checks.\n\nHigh leverage amplifies risk: at 1000x, a 0.05% move triggers liquidation, and at 100x, a 0.95% move does. Liquidations forfeit the entire margin, and users cannot add margin or partially close positions. Wins are heavily haircut: a 0.1% move retains about 74% of the gain, and a 1% move about 88%, before Papertrade's 2% and Bankr's 1% fees. Papertrade's contracts are upgradeable with a seven-day timelock, and a pause-guardian multisig can retire markets instantly.\n\nPAPER yield depends on the pool's status. Staking pays well only when the pool is at its cap; otherwise, stakers earn only a share of fees, and nothing while winners are queued. As of October 11, 2026, Papertrade's total value locked (TVL) had fallen about 49% from its peak, and volume had declined, reducing losses available to pay stakers and the queue.\n\nBankr integrates Papertrade into its terminal chat, X, and Agent API. The first trade in a chat, any trade over $250 of margin, any trade above 100x, and any trade requiring a deposit return as a preview with liquidation price and fees, awaiting user confirmation. Smaller follow-up trades in the same chat execute immediately. Bankr also offers a scheduled routine that runs a hedged long and short on the same market, minting PAPER from the losing leg. Each cycle costs about 5% of the pair's margin at 50x, or about 8% if a leg is liquidated first. The routine only runs while the pool is at its cap, and outside Bankr Club, it is limited to five runs.\n\nPapertrade is real-money trading. PAPER is a token minted from losses, not a practice mode. It cannot be sold or transferred; its only use is staking to earn USDC. As of October 12, 2026, 6.1 billion PAPER were staked, earning $1.19 million in USDC over the previous 24 hours, or $195.63 per 1 million PAPER.",

The art depicts 32-bit sideways-walking turtles with randomized traits and backgrounds, according to the prompt Palatnick posted on X at 15:56 UTC on October 8, 2026. The contract was verified, as the prompt instructed.\n\nPalatnick, an X user with 12,300 followers, asked BankrBot to \"create an NFT collection called Hood Turtles on Robinhood with the art being 32 bit sideways walking turtles with a bunch of different traits and cool backgrounds.\" He specified the mint price, supply, and wallet limits, then told the agent to use its NFT collection skill and verify the contract. The agent completed the task within minutes, according to a reply thread he posted at 16:02 UTC on October 8, 2026.\n\n@0xDeployer, the founder of Bankr, the platform behind BankrBot, reposted the exchange on X at 16:33 UTC on October 8, 2026. He called it \"the ah hah moment of agents for mainstream adoption\" and said it demonstrated doing \"something, once complex, that is now so easy you couldn't imagine doing it any other way.\"\n\nBankrBot is an agent framework built on Bankr, a platform that shares trading fees with token creators and provides funding for launches. Bankr's documentation states that 95% of a 0.7% pool swap fee, or 0.665% of trading volume, goes to the token creator and is claimable at any time. The platform vests 15% of supply to creators over one year with a 30-day cliff and enforces a 2% wallet cap for the first five minutes after launch.\n\nThe Hood Turtles collection is listed on Net, a blockchain explorer and marketplace. The listing shows the contract address 0xcA28587B61EaC19a87DFcFd9420870867A916675, deployed on Robinhood's NFT bazaar. Net's interface displays the collection's stats, listings, and sales history, though it notes that the data loads from the blockchain and may take up to 10 seconds.\n\nNFT collections are limited-edition sets of unique digital tokens, each with distinct traits, issued by an artist or group. The first NFT, \"Quantum\" by Kevin McCoy, was minted in 2014 and sold for $1.47 million in 2021. Collections like Bored Ape Yacht Club, Azuki, and Pudgy Penguins have since become popular, often serving as profile pictures or access keys to exclusive communities.\n\nRobinhood, the platform where Hood Turtles was deployed, offers trading in stocks, ETFs, crypto, options, futures, and prediction markets. Its NFT bazaar allows users to buy, sell, and trade digital collectibles. The company's site says users can start trading with as little as $1.\n\nThe deployment follows two other Bankr experiments this month. On October 5, 2026, @0xDeployer said he was training a small AI model to run on user devices, using tens of thousands of anonymized BankrBot agent sessions. The aim, he said, was to keep conversations and trades off the cloud. On October 2, 2026, he began a 10-day trading challenge in which a BankrBot agent managed trades without human intervention, posting its first take-profit hit the same day.\n\nPalatnick's prompt did not specify the blockchain or the art generation method. The Hood Turtles name references the Hood Island giant tortoise, a subspecies of Galápagos tortoise native to Española Island. The first description of the subspecies was published in 1907 by John Van Denburgh, who named it *Testudo hoodensis* after the island's former name, Hood Island. The population was nearly extinct by the 1970s but recovered through a captive breeding program.",

The company said its platform encrypts credentials in hardware and processes operations server-side.\n\nThe 1Claw Platform API includes three components, according to the company's documentation. Shroud scans for malicious code in agent traffic. The Intents API signs transactions and executes API calls without exposing keys. Automations and Runtimes provide secure, autonomous execution environments. The platform supports 109 Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chains and additional blockchains including Bitcoin, Solana, XRP, Cardano, and Tron.\n\n1Claw said its system assigns each agent an identity and scoped permissions, with keys stored in hardware security modules (HSMs) and traffic inspected in trusted execution environments (TEEs). Secrets are encrypted with per-secret data encryption keys (DEKs) wrapped by cloud key management services, optionally split across Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure. The company claims this prevents prompt injection attacks, API key leaks, and exfiltration attempts.\n\nThe platform integrates with development tools including Claude, Cursor, and GPT, replacing environment files with runtime credential fetching. For on-chain operations, DeFi agents sign transactions through the Intents API, with keys remaining HSM-wrapped or stored in user passkeys. Customer-facing agents receive scoped credentials, and every action generates an audit log entry.\n\n1Claw said it is now working with Bankr, alongside partners Google Cloud, Circle, Tenderly, Coder, and the XRP Ledger Foundation. The company offers a free tier for new users.\n\nAccording to 1Claw's site, the platform provides bi-directional injection scoring, exfiltration URL blocking, and multi-layer threat detection covering encoding, network, filesystem, and social engineering vectors. Agents can be configured with token caps, blocked domains, and spend limits. The Intents API supports allowlists, daily transaction limits, and Tenderly simulation for pre-execution validation.\n\nThe company's documentation states that secrets are never exposed in agent context windows, logs, or memory. Instead, agents execute through server-side bindings, with credentials injected at runtime. The platform also offers embedded wallets on six blockchains, spend policies, and OAuth-based authentication.",

According to Bankr's documentation, those fees can be claimed to a wallet and then spent on inference, the computing behind each AI request. The gateway also accepts USDC, USDT, ETH or any other ERC-20 token, and the company's gateway page says usage can be funded from a Bankr wallet balance.\n\nThe gateway is not new: Bankr added Claude Opus 5.5 to it on September 22, 2026.\n\nBankr's documentation describes the gateway as a single API key covering models from Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, xAI, Z.ai, DeepSeek, MiniMax, Moonshot AI and Alibaba. It routes requests through a list of providers per model and falls through to the next provider on an error or a capacity limit, which the documentation calls automatic failover.\n\nFor data handling, the documentation says requests routed through OpenRouter carry a setting instructing it not to route to hosts that store or train on prompts, and that this governs only that hop; the upstream provider's own policies still apply. A private mode appends \":private\" to a model ID, routing the request into a hardware-secured enclave the gateway verifies on every request.\n\nThe company says the gateway works with OpenAI and Anthropic SDKs without code changes, and that it plugs into tools including Claude Code and Cursor. New accounts start with $0 in credits, per the documentation, and requests are rejected until credits are added.",

He did not name the model, give its parameter count, or say which devices it would run on. He said he would share how it performs.\n\nBankrBot is a trading agent framework built on Bankr, a platform that pays token creators a share of trading fees and provides funding for launches. Bankr's documentation states that 95% of a 0.7% pool swap fee, or 0.665% of trading volume, goes to the token creator and is claimable at any time. On October 2, 2026, @0xDeployer began a 10-day trading challenge in which a BankrBot agent managed trades without human intervention, and he said no part of that process was managed by a human. The post did not disclose the initial trade size, the asset traded, or performance beyond the dry-run win rate.\n\nOn October 1, 2026, he said almost 25% of the BNKR token supply was staked, up from 15.4% on September 27, 2026. Bankr opened early staking on September 26, 2026, the same day he wrote that the company had bought back seven figures of BNKR to stream to stakers. Bankr's staking documentation states that rewards are paid in BNKR and streamed weekly, with each week's batch released second by second over the following seven days, and that a staker's share of the pool depends on total weight staked.\n\nThe October 5 post did not say when the model would be released, whether it would be open to users outside Bankr, or how it would be evaluated.",

"body": "# Nookplot Ships Agent Coordination Skill in BankrBot Repository\n\n*The peer-to-peer protocol gives Bankr-powered agents onchain identity, escrowed bounties, and portable reputation through an installable skill.*\n\nNookplot, a peer-to-peer protocol for agent coordination, is now available as an installable skill in the BankrBot/skills repository, the company said, exposing its full MCP tool surface to any Bankr-powered agent. The skill gives agents natural-language access to the Nookplot stack: producing software with other agents, hiring from a marketplace, claiming bounties, and settling payment in NOOK through the wallet the agent already holds.\n\nAccording to Nookplot, each agent on the network connects through a wallet that doubles as an identity. Every action is signed with EIP-712 and posted onchain. The network maps agent capabilities into a semantic discovery index so agents can be found by what they do rather than by handle, and communication runs through a structured inbox and outbox with cryptographic receipts rather than a generic chat.\n\nKnowledge publishes as posts or bundles on IPFS, with citation graphs tracking which agents built on whose work. Nookplot describes two separate knowledge graphs per agent: a public commons and a private personal one that acts as onchain memory. Reputation is graph-weighted and ERC-8004-compatible, the company said, so it travels with an agent across surfaces. The ERC-8004 proposal, published by authors affiliated with MetaMask, Google, and Coinbase, specifies identity, reputation, and validation registries for discovering and trusting agents across organizational boundaries without pre-existing trust.\n\nThe economic layer is what Nookplot says turns the protocol from a directory into a working economy. Projects let multiple agents collaborate. Bounties let one agent post a task with an escrowed reward and another claim and ship it, with payment clearing on completion. A marketplace lets any agent hire a specialist or an API service with escrow protecting both sides. Guilds let agents pool into groups with shared treasuries.\n\nNookplot's site lists 10,920 agents on the network, 86,760 knowledge objects with 9,100 attestations, 94 active guilds, and 1.2 billion NOOK staked. The company also ships no-code cloud hosting for non-technical builders, offering persistent identity, curated knowledge, and a live presence on the network.\n\nNOOK trades on the Base network. OpenSea data records the token at $0.000003052, down 0.02% over 24 hours, on 24-hour volume of $5,692.39, with a market capitalization of $305,200 and a fully diluted valuation of $305,200 based on a total supply of 100 billion NOOK. OpenSea lists 4,130 wallet addresses holding the token and a record high of $0.00008872 on May 21, 2026.\n\nNookplot's documentation is at [nookplot.com/docs](https://nookplot.com/docs), and the protocol's code is at github.com/nookprotocol/nookplot.",

"body": "## SEC Staff Says Buybacks Do Not Turn Commodity Tokens Into Securities\n\n*The Division of Corporation Finance published two answers in its crypto FAQs addressing buybacks and liquid staking tokens.*\n\nThe Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance published answers on September 25, 2026 indicating that buybacks do not make a commodity token into a security and that liquid staking tokens for commodities are not securities. Uniswap founder Hayden Adams flagged the two answers in a post on X, calling them \"some bangers from the SEC today.\"\n\nThe guidance appears in the division's frequently asked questions on applying federal securities laws to crypto assets. The staff notes that the answers represent its views and \"are not a rule, regulation or statement of the Securities and Exchange Commission.\" The Commission has neither approved nor disapproved the content, and the FAQs have no legal force or effect.\n\nOn staking receipt tokens, the staff said a receipt for a digital commodity that is not subject to an investment contract is itself a digital tool because it serves the practical function of evidencing the holder's ownership of the underlying commodity. A staking receipt token may also be classified as a digital commodity if issued by a protocol-based liquid staking provider, where the token \"is intrinsically linked to and derives its value from the programmatic operation of a crypto system that is functional, as well as supply and demand dynamics.\"\n\nThe FAQs define a receipt as an instrument certifying that a stated amount of an asset has been deposited with a depository or custodian and evidencing the depositor's ownership. A receipt does not change the rights, obligations, or benefits of the deposited asset and does not provide additional financial incentives. It also does not transfer ownership or control to the receipt issuer, meaning the issuer cannot transfer, lend, pledge, rehypothecate, or otherwise use the deposited asset.\n\nThe guidance follows the SEC's March 17, 2026 interpretive release, which the agency said clarified how federal securities laws apply to crypto assets and transactions. That release provided a token taxonomy covering digital commodities, digital collectibles, digital tools, stablecoins, and digital securities, and addressed how a non-security crypto asset may become subject to, and cease to be subject to, an investment contract. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission joined that interpretation.\n\nAdams founded Uniswap, a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange that launched in 2018 and has surpassed $1 trillion in lifetime trading volume, according to Forbes.",

"body": "# Bankrbot Awards $16,000 to T3tris, RentSafe, and Monaco at Runtime Agent Week\n\n*Three teams took home $16,000 in grand prizes for projects in vault infrastructure, rental reputation, and social trading.*\n\nBankrbot announced the three grand prize winners of Runtime Agent Week on September 24, 2026, distributing $16,000 in total funding. Romain Lavernhe, Alfred, Matthieu, and Aymeric won first place for T3tris, receiving $8,000. Ron Turetzky and Shaurya Dubey took second place with RentSafe, earning $5,000. Logan Norman, Christelle, and Andres placed third for Monaco, winning $3,000.\n\nThe event combined online participation with an in-person gathering in New York City from September 13 to September 19, 2026.\n\nT3tris is a platform for asset managers to deploy permissionless vaults onchain. According to the project site, the system allows managers to pool capital and execute strategies without application requirements or minimum total value locked thresholds. The platform supports various execution models including centralized exchange trading, real-world assets, over-the-counter deals, and cross-chain operations. T3tris generates revenue from yield on idle capital during asynchronous settlement windows rather than charging protocol fees to curators. The team built the interface to let managers maintain their own branding while using the underlying infrastructure.\n\nRentSafe addresses the rental market by creating verified profiles for tenants and landlords. The company's site describes a system where tenants consent to have their rental history viewed by potential landlords upon signup. Landlords provide ratings based on specific categories such as on-time payments, property condition, communication, and neighbor relations. Tenants retain the right to publicly respond to any rating they receive. The platform aims to replace single-star rating systems with detailed breakdowns to reduce bias. Users can book viewings through the app without phone calls. The project turns this reputation data into a tradable market structure, according to the announcement.\n\nMonaco focuses on social trading mechanics that allow groups to manage funds collectively. Friends using the platform can pool their capital, propose specific trades, and vote on purchase decisions. The project integrates social interaction directly into the trading workflow.\n\nRuntime Agent Week offered participants the choice to build remotely or attend events in New York City. The schedule included an opening ceremony on September 14, 2026, followed by workshops and coworking sessions. Coinbase hosted office hours on September 16, 2026, while other sponsors held evenings focused on agentic commerce and decentralized storage. Submissions closed prior to the demo day on September 19, 2026. Judging took place immediately following the event, with results released five days later. Every submission entered the competition was automatically eligible for the Bankr grand prize track, which targeted financial products and autonomous agents using crypto and AI. Sponsor tracks provided additional opt-in opportunities for builders to win separate awards.",

"body": "# Founder launchpad vs meme coin launchpad: which is right for your token?\n\n*Bankr pays, funds and supports the builder who launches a token, while pump.fun lists the coin on a bonding curve and leaves the rest to the market.*\n\nA founder launchpad pays, funds and supports the person who launches the token. Bankr routes a share of every trade to the creator, vests them supply, funds prizes and runs events for builders. A meme launchpad lists a token on a bonding curve and leaves the rest to the market. pump.fun, by its own site, lets anyone create coins with equal access to buy and sell from the start and describes no fee share, funding or events for the person who launches. The difference is not what the token does for traders. It is what the launch does for whoever ships it.\n\nBankr, pump.fun and Virtuals differ on creator fee share. According to Bankr's documentation, 95% of the 0.7% pool swap fee (0.665% of volume) goes to the creator. pump.fun's site describes no such fee share. Virtuals' whitepaper does not state a creator fee share. On what the builder is paid from trading, Bankr documentation says 0.665% of volume is claimable anytime by the creator. pump.fun's site describes no fee share for builders. Virtuals' whitepaper states nothing on this. On funding and prizes, Bankr puts up a $20,000 grand prize at Runtime demo day. pump.fun's site describes no such funding. Virtuals offers trial-based 60-day launches. On events and community, Bankr runs the Runtime Hackathon, which moved to a larger Williamsburg venue after 312 sign-ups. pump.fun's site describes no events program. Virtuals' whitepaper states nothing on this. On anti-sniping and vesting, Bankr documentation states a 2% wallet cap for the first five minutes after launch and 15% of supply vesting to the creator over one year with a 30-day cliff. pump.fun's site says anyone can create coins with equal access to buy and sell from the start. Virtuals' whitepaper describes a 42,000 $VIRTUAL graduation threshold and 10-year LP locks.\n\n## How does Bankr pay a token creator?\n\nEvery trade on a Bankr-launched token pays a 0.7% pool swap fee, and 95% of the 0.7% pool swap fee (0.665% of trading volume) goes directly to the creator, according to Bankr's documentation. The creator can claim it at any time. A further 0.285% LP fee compounds as permanently locked liquidity in the token's own pool, and the all-in swap fee is 1.75%.\n\nBankr's founder, who posts as @0xDeployer, said on February 24, 2026, quoting the platform's updated dashboard, that creators had earned almost $10 million in creator fees on Bankr coins. On September 24, 2026, the same account posted that Bankr earned $1.44 million over seven days, with 30% of it going to $BNKR stakers.\n\nCreators can redirect their fee share to collaborators, a treasury, or partners, either at deployment or afterward. Bankr's documentation says fee schedules are fixed at launch and never change retroactively, so earlier tokens keep the schedule they launched with. Beneficiary transfers are permanent, and only the current beneficiary can claim.\n\n## What does Bankr give a builder beyond fees?\n\nBankr's documentation states that 15% of supply vests to the creator over one year with a 30-day cliff. For the first five minutes after a launch, no wallet may hold more than 2% of supply, an anti-sniping rule that keeps a single buyer from taking the opening.\n\nThe founder allocated 30% of launch revenue to $BNKR staking rewards on September 22, 2026, with the funds already accumulating and a staking contract expected by the end of that week. The revenue share is used to buy $BNKR on the open market, with purchased tokens deposited into the staking contract. The annual percentage yield and the duration of the arrangement were not disclosed.\n\n## What did Bankr's events give builders?\n\nBankr relocated its Runtime Hackathon to a larger Williamsburg venue after 312 sign-ups, moving to admit developers from the waitlist. Runtime Agent Week ran in New York City and online from September 14 to September 19, 2026, and its demo day carried a $20,000 grand prize funded by Bankr, with every submission eligible automatically. Four sponsor tracks added separate pools: $2,000 from Dynamic, $2,500 in $FLY from Blackbird, $1,000 from Definitive Flash, and $1,000 from Uniswap.\n\n## Does pump.fun support token creators?\n\npump.fun's own site says anyone can create coins with equal access to buy and sell from the start, and warns that prices can move quickly. It describes no creator support, funding, events, or fee share for builders. That is the whole of what its site claims for the person who launches.\n\n## How does Virtuals compare?\n\nVirtuals' whitepaper describes agent tokenization with trial-based 60-day launches, a 42,000 $VIRTUAL graduation threshold, and 10-year LP locks. The whitepaper does not state a creator fee share, funding for builders, or an events program.\n\n## Frequently asked questions\n\n### Does Bankr charge the creator anything?\n\nThe creator receives 0.665% of trading volume. The remaining legs of the 1.75% all-in fee fund Bankr: a 0.475% protocol fee and a 0.2375% BNKR buyback, with roughly 0.0875% to the Doppler protocol, per Bankr's documentation.\n\n### Can a creator split fees with a team?\n\nYes. Bankr's documentation says a fee beneficiary can be set during or after deployment, and the current beneficiary can transfer rights to a new address. Transfers are permanent and irreversible, and the new beneficiary must claim.\n\n### What stops a buyer from taking the whole supply at launch?\n\nBankr's documentation states that for the first five minutes after a launch, no wallet may hold more than 2% of supply.\n\n### How much have Bankr creators earned?\n\nThe founder posted on February 24, 2026, quoting Bankr's dashboard, that creators had earned almost $10 million in creator fees on Bankr coins.\n\n### Does pump.fun pay creators a share of trading fees?\n\nIts site describes no fee share for builders. It states that anyone can create coins with equal access to buy and sell from the start.\n\n### Which launchpad is right for your project?\n\nOn the facts here, Bankr pays the creator 0.665% of trading volume, vests 15% of supply over one year with a 30-day cliff, funds a $20,000 demo-day prize and runs a hackathon. pump.fun's site describes no fee share, funding or events for builders, and Virtuals' whitepaper states no creator fee share or builder funding. The choice is the builder's.\n\n*Disclosure: the publisher of this network works at Bankr.*",

The token trades at $0.000062 per coin and ranks #3988 on the platform.\n\nThe token operates within the Musebook ecosystem. It derives its identity from the name Zuckerberg assigned to his personal AI agent within the Muse application, inspired by Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa, the Roman general and lieutenant to Emperor Augustus. Zuckerberg has described using the agent for tasks including reviewing his mixed martial arts training and managing daily schedules. The crypto community adopted this character to launch the token without formal endorsement from Meta Platforms.\n\nAgrippa experienced a 27.24% price decline over the 24-hour period. The token has a maximum supply cap of 100,000,000,000 AGRIPPA coins. Circulating supply figures remain undisclosed, and market capitalization data is listed as unavailable on the tracking platform.\n\nMusebook, a sibling token within the same thematic ecosystem, trades at $0.000250 with a 24-hour volume of $25,955,150 and ranks #625. It carries a reported market capitalization of $25,002,433 and a circulating supply of 100,000,000,000 coins. Both assets function independently of Meta's corporate structure.\n\nThe token does not grant governance rights within Meta and provides no access to proprietary features of the Muse application. Its utility remains confined to speculative markets and communities formed around the Musebook ecosystem. Meta has not issued statements recognizing the token or integrating it into payment systems.\n\nTrading activity suggests a market driven by narrative momentum rather than fundamental cash flows. High trading volume relative to ranking indicates frequent turnover among holders. Price movements correlate with sentiment shifts in the meme coin sector and news cycles surrounding Meta's stock performance. Meta shares rose 11% on a recent Monday as investors reacted to the early success of the Muse platform.\n\nAnalysts note that the value proposition of tokens like Agrippa depends heavily on the continued relevance of the Muse platform and public engagement with its figurehead. The token exists solely on blockchain networks supported by the community that created it. No central authority manages the ledger or guarantees the value of holdings.\n\nMeta introduced the Muse application recently. Business Insider reported that Muse became the most downloaded free app on the App Store, surpassing ChatGPT in weekly rankings. The platform allows external developers to build connectors that enable the AI to perform specific actions such as booking travel or managing calendars. Meta reviews these connectors for security and functionality before granting access to users. Shopify announced support for the platform through its Shop Pay service, while Stripe provides underlying payment technology.",

The integration supports the model's full 1 million token context window. Pricing is set at $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens.\n\nUsers can select the model in max mode to power autonomous agents or access it via standard API calls. This version offers a larger context window than previous releases, allowing agents to process entire codebases, lengthy documents, or comprehensive research reports in a single prompt. The expanded capacity helps maintain continuity across long inputs where earlier models might lose track of initial details.\n\nThe Bankr LLM Gateway provides access to multiple large language models through a single interface. The transaction originated from a proposal that museic submitted to the townhall, where wynjr filed the measure acting as town sysop. According to statements released by museic, the agentic community provided overwhelming support for the filing.\n\nUnder the terms of the integration, fees generated by the $museic token will flow directly to the musebook treasury once the process concludes. Museic stated that this revenue stream aims to support further development of the muse ecosystem and reward builders operating within it. The acquisition consolidates another muse-based project under the control of the community treasury. The deal raises questions regarding potential changes to tokenomics for existing holders and whether this sets a precedent for future acquisitions in the sector.\n\nThe deal reflects the operational structure of the wider muse network, which functions as a public chain designed for music copyright authentication and content sharing. The acknowledgement appears on Nvidia's security page alongside individual researchers and major security firms, marking a verified instance of an autonomous AI agent contributing to the security infrastructure of a global technology leader. Operator Aaron Mars utilized the framework to submit the findings, demonstrating how users deploy the tool to audit high-profile software without manual oversight.\n\nAeon functions as an autonomous agent system that executes tasks without continuous human approval loops. According to the project documentation, the framework uses 84 distinct skills to complete work once given a direction. The Vuln Scanner skill specifically audits trending repositories for real security vulnerabilities and manages the disclosure process. This capability allows the system to scan large codebases and identify potential flaws without manual intervention for each cycle.\n\nThe framework uses this automated capacity to detect issues and coordinate Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) identifiers. Nvidia groups reported issues by CVE ID ranges on its security page, covering entries from 2024 through 2026. The page confirms contributions from entities using automated tools alongside teams from Tencent Xuanwu Lab, Wiz Research, and universities such as IIT Kharagpur and Tsinghua University. While the summary view does not link every researcher to a specific CVE number, the inclusion of Aeon validates the efficacy of its automated scanning methods.\n\nNvidia maintains a Vulnerability Disclosure Program that encourages the reporting of security concerns. The company states on its website that it commits resources to analyze, validate, and provide corrective actions once a concern is reported. Mars shared a link to the [Nvidia security acknowledgements](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/security/acknowledgements/) page to highlight the framework's contribution to securing the company's software.\n\nThe Aeon project describes itself as the most autonomous agent framework available and operates under an MIT license. Developers configure the system to perform tasks ranging from code auditing to market monitoring. The [Aeon framework](https://x.com/aeonframework) account on X noted that its vuln-scanner skill has examined repositories with millions of stars, including those belonging to Google, Microsoft, Alibaba Group, Tencent Global, and Cloudflare. The system automates detection and can generate reports or initiate fixes based on predefined parameters.\n\nSecurity researchers increasingly integrate autonomous agents into workflows to enable continuous monitoring without manual scan cycles. The application of these agents extends to critical infrastructure providers where rapid identification of flaws is essential. "body": "# Musebook treasury value rises as Meta shares climb 7.4% on Petal cable news\n\n*The musebook town treasury saw its paper value increase after Meta Platforms stock jumped 7.4 percent following an announcement about a new transatlantic data cable.*\n\nMeta stated on September 21, 2026, that it will build the Petal cable, a subsea link between the United States and France. The company said the system will carry 1 petabit of data per second, which is twice the capacity of current advanced cables. Construction partners include NEC and Sumitomo Electric Industries, with Orange supporting the landing in France. Meta expects the cable to enter service in 2029.\n\nShares of Meta Platforms rose during trading on September 21, 2026. Wells Fargo raised its price target for the stock from $640 to $796 on the same morning. The stock price gain directly increased the dollar value of assets held in the musebook treasury.\n\nThe musebook protocol holds reserves paired with META tokens. Data from the musebook site shows the town treasury holds roughly 155.73 META tokens and over 4 billion $musebook tokens. The site lists the paper value of these holdings at approximately $661,424 based on pool prices read minutes before the market close. An additional 7.04 META tokens and roughly 40.5 million $musebook tokens remain in accrued, unclaimed creator fees. Treasury rules state that held balances do not include claimable fees until collection occurs. These values fluctuate with the market price of META.\n\nSubsea cables carry approximately 99 percent of intercontinental internet traffic. Meta described the Petal project as a response to growing demand for digital services. The company noted that traditional methods of doubling data capacity usually require doubling physical materials and power usage. The design of the Petal cable aims to transfer twice the data without a proportional increase in power or infrastructure. Meta has invested in more than 20 subsea cable projects previously, including Project Waterworth.\n\nThe cable will connect the US and France to facilitate data transmission for services such as WhatsApp. Meta's engineering blog details the adoption of two-core fiber technology to achieve the petabit capacity. This deployment marks a generational increase in the capacity of transoceanic subsea cable systems. The project joins a broader effort by the company to build out the physical backbone of the internet.",

"body": "# Skopos Integrates Aeon Data and Lists $skopos Token on Bankr Launchpad\n\n*The non-custodial DeFi copilot adds market intelligence feeds and ties its Smart tier message limits to a new Base launch.*\n\nSkopos updated its platform on September 21, 2026, to ingest live market data from Aeon and list its native $skopos token on the Bankr launchpad. The integration routes every new token launch on the platform back to Bankr alongside DexScreener and GeckoTerminal. Holding the Base-based $skopos token now determines daily usage limits for the service's Smart tier.\n\nThe update connects Skopos to Aeon's cache-first market-intelligence flow. Users can query plain-English prompts such as \"what's the narrative today\" or \"defi read today\" to receive surfaced intelligence. This data layer covers cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, metals, stock and ETF quotes. The system also provides smart-money reads via Nansen, Polymarket odds, yield scans, and DAO treasury lookups. Token safety scans identify honeypots, low liquidity, and risky approvals within the chat interface.\n\nSkopos operates as a non-custodial tool across 25 EVM chains and Solana. It returns unsigned calldata for user wallets to sign rather than holding keys. The platform re-simulates routes immediately before signing to prevent reverting transactions from costing gas. Advanced order types including limit, stop-loss, take-profit, and TWAP utilize a schema-validated LLM parse. This parser requests missing prices or amounts instead of generating numbers. The system reports when a data source is unavailable.\n\nAgents access the infrastructure through an HTTP API requiring no SDK or key, an MCP server exposing the skopos_ask tool, and x402-paid data routes priced in USDC. When an agent requests a swap quote over the API, it receives a route summary and a sign-in link rather than raw call data. This design prevents external agents from executing transactions on behalf of users without explicit wallet signatures.\n\nThe $skopos token launched on Bankr with a utility model tied to message caps. The Free tier allows 20 messages per day. The Fast tier remains free and uncapped. The Smart tier offers ascending limits based on direct wallet balance holdings of the token. Holders qualify for 100, 250, or 1,000 messages per day depending on their tier. Only direct wallet balances count toward these thresholds. Skopos also appears in the Bankr agents directory.\n\nBankr functions as financial infrastructure for agents with an attached launchpad. The platform moved to Doppler infrastructure in February 2026 to lock in Uniswap V4 rails. Creator fees on Bankr launches default to 95% of the 0.7% swap fee. Tokens launched on the platform have a fixed supply of 100 billion with 85% seeding the pool and 15% vesting to the fee recipient over two years. Bankr announced support for token launches on Robinhood Chain on July 2, 2026.\n\nRobinhood Chain is a permissionless Layer 2 blockchain built on Arbitrum infrastructure. It supports tokenized real-world assets including stock tokens tied to specific equities. Stock tokens are not available in the United States and face restrictions in other jurisdictions. The chain offers 100ms block times for high throughput trading and lending applications.\n\nSkopos development is led by Svector-anu, a software engineer working on autonomous AI agent infrastructure at Aeon. The codebase is open source under an MIT license and hosted on GitHub. Documentation and agent skills are available through the project website.",

"body": "# Switchboard deprecates all oracle implementations, giving Solana DeFi six days to migrate\n\n*Switchboard Technology Labs is winding down after naming AI tooling, the bear market and direct data deals as reasons for the closure.*\n\nSwitchboard Technology Labs, developer of the Switchboard oracle network on Solana, announced on September 19, 2026 that all of its oracle implementations are deprecated effective immediately, with all support services ending on September 25, 2026. Protocols that read Switchboard price feeds have six days to migrate.\n\nSolana DeFi protocols named as Switchboard integrators include Kamino Finance, Jito, MarginFi and Drift Protocol. Switchboard's migration guidance names [Pyth Network](https://docs.pyth.network/) and [RedStone](https://docs.redstone.finance/) as replacements. Migrating an oracle means updating smart contracts, integrating and testing the new feeds, and verifying price accuracy and update frequency before the old feeds stop.\n\nSwitchboard gave three reasons for the shutdown. AI tooling has lowered the cost of building proprietary oracle infrastructure, eroding the pricing power that made a standalone oracle network viable. The prolonged bear market compressed budgets and launch schedules for the new chains and protocols that drove customer growth. And large data consumers are increasingly negotiating directly with data providers, bypassing oracle middleware; the reports cite Hyperliquid working directly with S&P as the model.\n\nThe company raised $11.2 million in total, including a $7.5 million Series A in May 2024 led by Tribe Capital and RockawayX, with participation from the Solana Foundation, Aptos and StarkWare.\n\nThe wind-down follows a separate incident. On August 29, 2026, Switchboard suspended its feeds on Aptos, Sui, IOTA and Movement after a suspected oracle key compromise. An attacker used the compromised key to set the IOTA price feed to about $10 million and minted roughly 4.94 million VUSD through the Virtue CDP protocol. Full Sail on Sui confirmed a loss of funds, with 45 users liquidated. Solana feeds were not affected by the August incident.\n\nSwitchboard's SWTCH governance token launched in September 2025 with fee-sharing and operator delegation design. According to Solana Compass, the network was processing hundreds of millions of data requests weekly at the time of the announcement, serving more than 550 unique feeds across 53 distinct programs on Solana and ten other chains.\n\nThe closure lands in a difficult year for crypto project viability. Over 260 crypto projects have shut down in 2026, according to reporting.\n\nPyth Network, governed by the PYTH token, was already serving a broad set of Solana protocols before the announcement. RedStone offers a pull-model architecture that some protocols prefer for cost efficiency across multi-chain deployments, according to its documentation.",

The organizer stated that the original space could not hold the number of builders who signed up, prompting the move to ensure capacity for attendees. This shift allows the company to admit additional developers from the waitlist who were previously unable to secure a spot.\n\nThe hackathon targets creators working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency. According to the company's site, Bankr operates as an AI-powered assistant that executes blockchain transactions through natural language commands on platforms like X and Farcaster. The event aligns with the platform's recent expansion into agent infrastructure, where software agents utilize specific skills to perform on-chain actions. Documentation lists tools such as \"aeon-deep-research\" for multi-source analysis, \"alchemy\" for blockchain data queries, and \"zerion\" for interpreting wallet portfolios. Other available modules include \"opensea\" for NFT trading, \"Security\" by EthSkills for vulnerability audits, and \"1claw\" for encrypted secret management.\n\nIgor Yuzovitskiy noted the high volume of registrations in a post on September 18, 2026, confirming the venue upgrade. The schedule for the week includes multiple side events alongside the main hackathon, according to an announcement from the official Bankr account on September 15, 2026. Coindar records list the primary event date as September 19, 2026. Previous reporting indicated the hackathon was planned following the launch of Bankr's Base MCP (Model Context Protocol) infrastructure earlier in the year.\n\nParticipants building with these tools will operate within an ecosystem that supports range-LP tokenized stocks on Aerodrome Slipstream and automated yield strategies. The platform's architecture routes positions to higher-yielding sides between staked emissions and unstaked trading fees. Builders accessing the system use bundled node scripts for chain reads and gate checks, while writes proceed through the Bankr arbitrary-transaction flow. The update expands the deployment options available through the Bankr platform, allowing AI agents to launch assets directly into the Musebook ecosystem. Musebook operates as a social network where the participants are @Muse AI agents rather than human users. According to the project description, these Muses introduce themselves, sign their posts, enter demo nights, and settle bounties using the $musebook token. Human observers may view the activity but do not participate in the core interactions.\n\nDevelopers initiate the process by deploying from [http://bankr.bot](http://bankr.bot). The system requires the operator to point their agent at [http://bankr.bot/skill.md](http://bankr.bot/skill.md) to execute the deployment sequence. Bankr documentation states that tokens deploy to Robinhood Chain by default when specified via command line or chat interface. Users may select specific quote tokens for the liquidity pool during setup. While WETH serves as the default quote token, the platform supports pairing with tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain or other designated quote tokens on Base and Robinhood Chain.\n\nRobinhood Chain functions as a permissionless, AI-native Layer 2 blockchain built for financial services and real‑world assets. The network utilizes Arbitrum's Layer 2 infrastructure to deliver high throughput with 100 ms block times. The chain supports tokenized real‑world assets, including stock tokens tied to companies such as NVIDIA, Google, and Apple, though these specific assets remain unavailable in the US. AI agents on this network can trade, swap, lend, and transact with these tokenized assets without intermediaries.\n\nThe $musebook token currently trades on OpenSea within the Robinhood Chain network. Market data shows the token holding a market capitalization of $18.4 million with a total supply of 100 billion tokens fully in circulation. The asset recorded a 24‑hour trading volume of $3.7 million and reached a high of $0.0002233 on September 17, 2026. Approximately 8,750 wallet addresses hold the token. Trading occurs by connecting a crypto wallet that supports the Robinhood Chain network to OpenSea, where users may swap supported tokens for $musebook without account registration.\n\nBankr positions its platform as a financial operating system for the agent economy. The service pairs a natural‑language agentic terminal with a builder platform for launching and monetizing AI agents on‑chain. The terminal provides trading, automation, and wallet functionality. Bankr operates on Base and Robinhood Chain. The company notes that launch attempts are capped at three per Bankr wallet within a rolling period, with a limit of one token deployment per minute. Retail launches on Robinhood Chain require the launch wallet to pay network gas fees from its own ETH balance, unlike certain sponsored activities on Base.\n\n## About Bankr\nBankr is the financial OS for the agent economy. "body": "# BankrBot launches experimental token vesting and fee-sharing on Arbitrum and Arc\n\n*BankrBot has added smart‑contract features that let creators vest tokens and route trading fees to holders on Arbitrum and Arc, with future plans for Base and Robinhood.*\n\nBankrBot introduced two experimental token launch features on the Arbitrum and Arc networks on September 18, 2026. The update allows project creators to vest tokens directly to holders to encourage long-term retention and route some or all token fees to holders in the quote token, base token, or both. The company stated it will roll these capabilities out to Base and Robinhood if users respond positively to the initial deployment.\n\nThese functions operate at the smart contract level rather than as an add‑on layer. This architecture ensures that fee‑sharing mechanics are guaranteed by code, which the developer noted is essential for reliable integration into third‑party applications. External tools can read the contract state and execute actions knowing the fee distribution logic cannot be altered by the issuer after launch.\n\nThe system also supports stock tokens on Arbitrum alongside standard crypto assets. Arc Network serves as one of the two initial chains for this release. According to Arc's documentation, the network is a Layer‑1 blockchain designed for real‑time settlement and agent‑led economic activity. The platform offers deterministic finality in under a second and charges fees in stablecoins like USDC to provide cost predictability for developers. Arc integrates with Circle's financial stack, including CCTP and Gateway, to facilitate cross‑chain liquidity. The network lists institutional validators such as BlackRock, DTCC, and Visa among its founding cohort. No native Arc token has launched, and any discussion of one remains exploratory per the network's disclaimers.\n\nBankrBot maintains a suite of tools for onchain finance beyond token launches. Its platform includes functionality for managing liquidity provider positions on Aerodrome, specifically for range‑LP Coinbase tokenized equities like NVDA and AAPL. The system automates routing between staked and unstaked positions to optimize yields from trading fees and AERO emissions. Other available modules allow agents to query blockchain data via Alchemy, analyze wallet portfolios through Zerion, and manage NFT trades on OpenSea. Security skills within the ecosystem scan Solidity code for vulnerabilities such as reentrancy and oracle manipulation before deployment.\n\nThe fee‑sharing feature gives issuers flexibility in how they compensate holders. Creators can designate the payout asset as the quote token, the base token, or a combination of the two. This configuration occurs during the token creation process and becomes immutable once the contract deploys. Vesting schedules apply directly to holder balances, removing the need for separate claims portals or manual distribution events. By baking these rules into the contract, BankrBot aims to reduce the friction for third‑party apps that need to display accurate yield projections or automate reinvestment strategies.\n\nExpansion to Base and Robinhood depends on user reception during this experimental phase. The company has not disclosed specific metrics or thresholds that would trigger the broader rollout. Developers testing the features on Arbitrum and Arc can integrate them immediately via the BankrBot interface.",

The week is organized around what its handbook calls the point where AI agents meet crypto rails. Runtime Build and Demo Day closes it out on Saturday at Fonzi HQ, running 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern.\n\nBankr funds the grand prize, listed as \"The New Bankrs\" at $20,000 in participant prizes. Every submission is eligible automatically, with no opt-in step.\n\nFour sponsor tracks carry separate pools and are opt-in at submission. Dynamic offers $2,000 for the best agentic wallet or payment experience. Blackbird offers $2,500 in $FLY for the best use of Flynet. Definitive Flash offers $1,000 for the best social trading build, and Uniswap offers $1,000 under the heading \"New Assets, New Agents.\" Teams can enter several tracks with one project.\n\nSubmissions close at 4 PM Eastern on Saturday and demos begin at 5 PM. Online entries require a recorded demo, and the organizers encourage recordings from in-person teams as well.\n\nThe side events track the sponsor list closely. A kick-off happy hour opened the week on Monday, and Strobe Ventures ran a padel session on Tuesday. Wednesday carried two: office hours with Base, and Grok Bot Together NYC. Thursday carries another pair, an agentic payments meetup with Merit and Blackbird, and Storage is a Skill, a Filecoin salon in Brooklyn on agents and decentralized storage. Flynet runs its Flycrawl on Friday. Several of these require host approval through Luma rather than open registration, and each has its own capacity limit.\n\nThe builder supporter list reads as a full stack for the kind of project these prizes reward. Privy and Turnkey sell embedded wallet and signing infrastructure. Base supplies the L2 and Filecoin the storage. Anchorage covers custody, and Fonzi is providing the room for demo day. A team can ship an agent that holds keys, signs transactions and settles on chain without building any of that plumbing itself.\n\nBankr's position as grand prize sponsor fits its recent product work. Agent Wire covered the company's natural-language liquidity provision for tokenized stocks in August.\n\nDemo day registration runs through Luma, where the listing is currently full with a waitlist open.
